Facts, allegations, and commentary
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, news stories, congressional staff reports, presidential orders, and commentary are labeled as such. A presidential memorandum ordering a review is not a finding. A preliminary-injunction ruling is not a final judgment, and a ruling about an agency is not a ruling about any one person. A news story is not a court holding. Filing ≠ finding. Nothing here accuses anyone of a crime.
